Summary:

This session will provide you with an overview of your learning journey through Lead with Confidence. The session will give you awareness of how Red Wolf Group approaches leadership in a modern workplace. Further, the program will expose you to leadership theories that will foster a transformative and values-based approach to leading others and self. The program is embedded in Red Wolf Groups’ 3 E’s of leadership; Empathy, Empowerment, and Engagement.

Summary:

Understanding the foundations of where leadership came from and how it has developed with modern times is a n important base and starting point. Why? Because when we understand what has come before us, we can be prepare for what lays ahead. There are some core foundational theories on leadership practices. The idea of this unit is to provide you with insights and choice.

Summary:

Your ability to flourish is centred around the type of mindset you have and the way you nurture your well-being. Leaders who embrace a growth mindset are able to face challenges head on as an opportunity to grow and learn. These qualities are also then transferred to team members, peers, followers and social groups. It can be contagious!

Coupled with a positive mindset is an solid understanding of well-being. We are talking about more than just ping-pong tables and yoga! We want you to understand the aspects of well-being that enhance or disrupt your ability to perform.
