Often, managers are promoted without being given the skills to lead and manage teams
Red Wolf Academy has developed a unique framework to build skills across the following three categories: Capability, Competency and Credibility. We refer to this Future Management Framework as the 3C’s of Management.
The Manage with Confidence program was built in consultation with front-line leaders across a range of organisations in Australia in order to understand their real-world challenges. The program has been designed to enable participants to navigate and manage their local teams with confidence.
Some of the priorities and expectations which can impact managers can include navigating change, having high impact yet empathetic conversations, driving accountability, improving team morale, setting goals and expectations, delegating work to the right people at the right time, managing remote teams and influencing many layers of the business.
Our Manage with Confidence program is focussed on fostering participants potential as they form the skills, attributes and knowledge needed to manage individuals, motivate high performing teams and become inspirational and aspirational leaders.
Manage with Confidence is for new and existing managers who have not completed any formal manager training. It is also recommend for:

WE DID IT! Red Wolf Academy’s Manage With Confidence program emerged as not just a finalist but as a standout contender in two major categories – Best Leadership Development Program and Best Capability Building Program.
We went paw-to-paw with the giants—tier 1 companies like Westpac, IAG & Korn Ferry and juggernauts such as Rio Tinto, Logan City Council, UTS, and Woolworths. In the end, we were runner-up only to Deloitte, and we couldn’t be prouder!
